Can I re-enter Time Warner Cable Arena after leaving an event?
During an event, once a patron leaves Time Warner Cable Arena, re-entry is not permitted unless another ticket is purchased.
When do doors open?
The arena doors generally open 60 to 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game/event time. This may vary depending on the event. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays.

Do you give tours?
Time Warner Cable Arena offers guided public tours based on the availability and scheduling of events in the building. Tours will not be held on days where an event is scheduled.
- Public tour schedules will be determined on a month-by-month.
- Tours are subject to cancellation due to scheduling changes.
- Tour requests need to be made 90 days in advance and no later than 14 days. Tours will be granted in the order they are requested.
- Public tour routes will be based on availability and set-up of Arena spaces.
- Tours are limited to 20 people per tour and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a group larger than 20, alternate arrangements may be made.

Do you have a disabled drop off?
Our disabled drop off is located on the Fifth Street, just in front of the entrance.

Can I bring food into the arena?
No outside food is allowed in Time Warner Cable Arena. Exceptions are made for school performances.
Do you have a fundraising program for nonprofit organizations?
